For our out-of-town guests, we highly encourage you to stay in the lively heart of downtown Toronto, where great food, buzzing nightlife, and iconic attractions are just steps away!

To make planning easy, we’ve secured a preferred rate at the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto. This is the only downtown Toronto hotel from which we will be offering a courtesy shuttle to and from our wedding venue in King City, so that you may kick back, celebrate, and let someone else do the driving while you enjoy every magical moment (and the open bar 😉)!

The courtesy rate is available for individual reservations made through the booking link below or by calling the hotel’s reservations department and identifying yourself as part of the Bou Fadel – McElligott room block. Each guest may reserve up to two rooms, with double occupancy per room included in the rate. Children up to 17 may stay with their parent(s) at no extra cost. Additional adults per room are welcome for a surcharge of $30 per night. A maximum of four guests per room is allowed. All rates are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes, levies, and fees.

The preferred rate is available from July 13th to July 22nd, 2026.

The cutoff date for room bookings at this rate is 30 days prior to arrival. However, as this special rate is subject to hotel availability and Toronto’s summer season fills up quickly, we encourage you to secure your reservation as soon as possible. If your plans change, cancellations made up to 48 hours before arrival (by 4:00 PM EST) are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
